well for me to help m,e with my problems i have always looked to my faith. besides that i have meditated and tried things that other religions do to gain a better control over life or better way to live life. i guess if you really dont want to touch any religious idea, martial arts, footbal(in my case), or even different forms of meditation (also in my case). gain some sort of peace with yourself and the world around you and the beast inside calms down

THAT SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME! I am only 12 and I feel a demon is in me. I bite my cheek and lip all the time because I feel the need for blood. I also feel the need to kill! Please email me and tell me what to do!! I can’t take Holy Water because.. I’m an atheist.

No, No, No!!! Why is there an immediate need to jump to “demonic and possession” explanations when someone is clearly not in control of themselves — *before* pursuing behavioral issues that have nothing to do w/ demonic influence? John — you need help learning how to cope and how to live w/out violent outbursts that require you to overcome individuals with whom you may disagree. This is not necessarily “demonic possession” but a very serious behavioral and emotional issue that needs mainstream review *first*, then you pursue alternatives. But for goodness sakes folks, everytime someone is simply a “jerk” or perhaps emotionally out of control doesn’t mean that they are demonically possessed. We have to take responsibility for our actions and not just jump to the metaphysical/spiritual/demonic and say “the devil made me do it”. Frankly John — it sounds to me like you need counseling big time. That aside, it could very well be physical, as in putuitary issues, tumors, puberty and just all around bad behavior!

Nick & all catholics here-Please go to confession asap! I recently went after over 7 years and it as so awesome. Nothing can replace this wonderful sacrament.

Nick-you may have some kind of psychosis going on along with demonic harassment/oppression and both need attention, but read carefully about any meds prescribed. Most psychiatrist don’t have a clue about demonic stuff. Your priest would be more helpful and if he’s not-go to another one until you find the right ‘fit’. I feel you ill get through this. i want to know how to control my dark side, it can fully take over some times i dont remember anthing that happens when it takes over and i am not in control at all , i got in a fight at school one day and i broke the arm of a bully that hit me. he is alive scared of me, my big brother told me that i was held back by 3 of the bullys mates and i didn’t stop and that i went for blood.

Your one brainwashed person like half of earth is that was no demon that was a part of you allow me to explain we have logical and instinctive parts only one can be on the out side (controling the body at once) that is why you would black out and loose it your the logical side the instictive side is still in their btw but either way the controler of the body can tap into this source of power from their other side to put it simply you just blocked out a part of your mind and soul with the whole holy water… unblock that and learn to control it i have litteraly learned to control my other side and i can now tap into it any time i want.

Glad to hear you’re going to get some help. I think this is the most intelligent decision you could make. There is no shame in seeking help. I would wager that most all of us have had emotional challenges at some point in our lives. The key is to realize it and act positively on it. Once the physical/mental/emotional challenges are eliminated, then you can more intelligently pursue a metaphysical/spiritual approach to your issues. Self diagnosis is a bad, and often, dangerous approach — one should stick w/ the professionals.

I really think you should go to a psychiatrist. If you loose control while you have excess power or crave blood, you could be a danger to yourself and others.
