True Ghost Tales

I live with my boyfriend and his family and strange things have started to happen. His parents have told me about hearing whispering and things going missing and popping up randomly. There is a basement and an attic. I sleep in the attic and everyone else sleeps on the main floor.

We were watching TV and my boyfriend’s mom’s husband pulled out his phone and had a ghost radar application on it. We used it and there would be different colored dots for how close or strong an entity would be. Then at the bottom right hand would be a places where random letters would scroll and it would be the entities talking. I didn’t believe it worked. After about 10 minutes of no ghost activity I shouted, “Come and get me boogey man. You want a piece of me Candy man”, just trying to be funny. The screen had like 5 dots indicating spirits and a weird feeling came over all of us and the talking was going crazy on the screen yet we couldn’t physically hear them. We left it at that.

Then a few days after that my boyfriend was alone at the house and he said he heard what sounded like banging on a wall or door. He didn’t go try to check it out. In my room upstairs there is this small door for a small storage unit. It wasn’t meant to be for a closet. I had a nightstand against the door and wall so I wouldn’t be freaked out.

Later that night the door was moved about 6 inches and was still against the door like something on the inside was pushing against it. No one has touched the door or anything. We told his parents and they said it was probably the giant fan on the ceiling by the door that had sucked the door open. We tried this theory and the door did not budge at all so we moved the nightstand away and nothing happened. I feel uncomfortable sleeping or being near that room. I will hear weird noises and there will be no explanation to them. Then the alarm clock didn’t work this morning when I set but then later it started to go off on its own and wouldn’t turn off. Then the volume got lower and finally I was able to turn it off.

Later tonight it started going off and it wasn’t set for a time. I am scared there is something in this house. Everyday something new and different happens. I never get cold spots or hair standing up but I do get bad feelings going upstairs. The family has felt things touching them and sitting at the edge of the bed. I have no idea what is going on and if something different happens I will post it.

If there any explanations or advise please let me know. I’d rather find out it’s nothing and my mind not play tricks on me.
