Did you read Haunted In Hoosierville Part 1?
My older sister had the room at the end of the hall, upstairs. She didn’t really get bothered too much and thought we were being silly at first. One night she woke up because her bed was shaking. Her room was completely dark (which was impossible because she had a street lamp outside her window). She felt like someone was in the room with her, standing right over her. She covered her head with the blanket and was too scared to move. From then on, she left her bedroom door opened and the light on. To this day, she is scared of the dark.
My mom always told us not to be scared of what we thought was going on, not to show fear and we would be okay. She got up to go the bathroom one night, and when she was coming back through the hall she saw something in the corner of her eye. What she described it as was a little ape like creature with long gorilla-ish arms and horns. She saw it crawling up the stairs, moving only in what she called a frog walk. Whatever it was saw her too, and stopped crawling. It hid behind a box that was near the landing at the top of the stairs. She pretended she didn’t see it and went into her bedroom and shut the door, telling my dad she thought she just saw a demon on the stairs. He of course laughed at her and told her she was crazy. My parents switched me rooms, my little sister came with me and from then on, we shared a room. My mom later told me she thinks it was going to my room, and that’s why they switched us.
My Grandpa, as I said, didn’t believe in anything like ghosts or spirits. We went to the lake for a day in the summer, my Grandpa had to work and stayed home. When we returned, he asked me why my friend Andrew came over in the middle of the night. He said that Andrew came over and was acting really weird like he was on drugs or something. He told us Andrew was running through the house really fast back and fourth, then he just left. I asked Andrew about this and of course he knew we were gone and didn’t come over at all that day.
My Dad’s friend, Johnny, stayed with us for a little while once. We gave him a cot we used for camping, and let him sleep in the basement. By then, we were aware of what was in our house. I told him to be careful down there because the house was haunted. Johnny, unlike my dad, believed in paranormal things and was cautious. He would hear scratching in the basement, but he thought it was our cat or a raccoon that possibly got in. He said whatever it was, it’s eyes didn’t glow like a cat’s and it sounded like it’s claws were much bigger. One night when we all were sleeping, he was awake sitting down in the basement. He heard the door to the basement open, thinking it was my dad he yelled up to him,” Hey, Dave, you coming to hang out with me?” My Dad didn’t answer. He the said he got scared. Whatever was coming down the basement steps was definitely not my dad. The Basement was always cold, but it got much colder and really dark even though there were lights on. Whatever was coming down the stairs, was blacker than black and very big. After a minute of trying to shake off the spooky feeling, Johnny got up and ran upstairs to the T.V. room and started praying for whatever was down there, to not follow him upstairs. He moved out not too long after.
The last year we lived in this house, things were getting completely out of hand. We all were scared and sleeping with all the lights on. We had nowhere else to go. My parents were buying this house and we had no other options. We couldn’t find another house as big as this one for as cheep. We decided to move to the bordering state. It was cheaper and to us, anything was better than that house we lived in. The last month in the house was hell. It was like whatever it was, knew we were leaving. The beds would shake, we would hear stomping following us in the house. Things would fall over with no one near, we would hear pounding on the basement door. When we got the new house, we moved in the middle of the night. We took as much as we could and left everything else.
After we left, a new family moved in. My aunt still lived in the neighborhood at the time. Not long after they moved in, the mother came to my aunt and told her the house was haunted. But of course, she already knew.
We lived in that house for three years, but it feels like it was eternity. I can’t stay somewhere now without the fear that it too, might be haunted, or that thing, we all say it was a demon but none of us know for sure, might find us and terrorize us again.

So sorry u guys had to go through such hell for 3 years. GoOd thing nobody really got hurt.
Be safe!
Dear haunted in Hoosierville, There is one truth. God and His angels are benevolent toward humans, Satan and his demons are malevolent toward humans. God loves us and offers salvation through Jesus Christ. All we have to do is ask Him. But as much as God loves us, Satan as Gods’ enemy, despises us and will do anything he can to harm us or make us doubt God. Thankfully, God tells us in the Bible how to deal with demons.Gods’ children can command them gone in the name of Jesus. It is Gods’ power they fear, not us. To become a Christian you only need to ask forgiveness of your sins in the name of Jesus.Choose God, choose life. He loves us and wants us all to be saved. God bless,

I would have most likely run away if my parents hadn’t moved out, if I were in your situation…

it must have been a demon!(duhh)but why did your grampa see your friend?
Wow another weird part of the world, many many, demonic occurances in Indiana. I heard much devil worshipping there, that must be the reason. TRUST IN THE LORD.
