When I was little I did have this power or “gift” to see paranormal things and even interact with them. Since then that has faded out a little bit. But while that’s fading at the same time something else has been growing.
My grandma “Nana”, my mom, and I have an amazing connection. We often times can finish each other’s sentences, and know when one another is going through hard times. So we all know the phrase “De Javu”. Well that’s how it started. But then It got to a point where something or someone that I haven’t been in contact with for a while may just pop into my head, out of the blue, and minutes later the person either calls or I see them.
For example; About two years ago, I was getting ready to get the car with my step dad to go to the store. Ok, well when I sat down and we began to pull off, it’s like I had a quick vision of my dad (who I hadn’t seen in a few months) at my house talking to my mom out on the side walk. And it was really weird because I didn’t just think about the vision, I could see it all in my head as I was staring off into space. When me and my step dad get back to the house. Well my dad was there on the porch with my mom talking and I jus kinda laughed and brushed it off.
Recently, (5/05/09), Me and my mom were on our way to the grocery store. It was kind of a boring ride there. Sometimes I tend to just frown, no reason and most of the time I don’t realize it but when I do I fix my face. But When I was 4th grade I had a math teacher who told me that if you frown a lot then when you get older you’ll have wrinkles in your forehead and I thought about that in the car, when I realized that I was frowning.
We got to the store and we got everything we needed. As we’re leaving and I’m going to get something we forgot I turned the corner down one of the isles, and to my surprise we ran straight into each other. Now mind you I hadn’t seen this woman since 4th grade and I’m at the end of my 10th grade year.

I sort of have the same “GIFT”. Every time I think of something that was over a few years ago, it just appears back on TV advertisements! Sometimes when I get bored at School, I try to amuse myself by trying to “predict” what would happen next and 10 mins later(its not precise),it happens! Can anyone explain about my “gift” or “curse”? Although I did not interact with paranormal things except for once.
yes it is a gift, my mom used to know who was calling more times than not! especially with her sisters. you are a sensitive soul and keep working on it, it may come in handy someday!!
This happens to me especially with my cousin and myself. We just seem to know if anything is wrong and one of us will phone and you can be sure there is a problem if we felt it before phoning. It is very weird though and my cousin and i find it fascinating.
I would definitely count that as a gift. A gift I wish I had. Too bad because it would probably come in handy.
I have dreams and 2 or 3 days later,they come true. I dreamt of my brothere’s accident he had on a 4 wheeler, that almost killed him, after when he explained the accident, it was the same details that I dreamt of, I also dreamt about my husIband getting rear-ended in his car and 2 days later it happend. I don’t think it can be explained why some people “know” these things
Thats awesome. I wouldn’t like it though, I like having a normal-ish life (No ghost hauntigs or visions).
