My first time being real scared.

Well I’m gonna start off by saying my name is David. I’m from Brooklyn New York so I’m use to seeing things that will make another out of towner shake in his boots.

One day I had a little problem with my live in girlfriend so to be nice I left for the night and let her stay in our apartment for the sake of argument. So I go to my grandmothers apartment in Brooklyn and she was not home. I called my aunt to see where she was at and there she was at my aunts house spending a few days. She was there cause since she lives on the third floor, which is the last floor in the building she lives at, there was a rain storm and her bedroom ceiling caved in while she was out shopping. So she tells me that I can stay the night but that I would have to sleep in the living room on the sofa. I was ok with it since it was only for one night anyway.

I go pick up the keys and head to her apartment. When I get there, there was a kind of funny feeling in the house. I dismissed it as the roof caving in and the draft being what had me feeling like kinda spooked out a little. So I make a run of the house and closed all windows which aint too many cause its what they call a railroad apartment.

Her room is located at the back of the apartment which is facing the front of the building and the kitchen which is at the front when you enter thru the door from the hallway the kitchen faces the backyard which, for what ever reason, is always pitch black back there. I check every thing out, but I couldn’t enter her bedroom cause the superintendent sealed it off with plastic. So when I finish checking everything out and turning all the lights out and locking every door leading to the living I got a heavy blanket to keep warm. I turned off the TV. and light and went to bed.

I cant say how long I was resting but the minute I fell asleep I had a very disturbing dream that I awoke and the blanket I had covering me was standing up covering someone and I immediately yanked it and that’s when what I seen had just made me jump out my skin cause it was so vivid. It was a person, to me I got the impression it was a girl so I’m gonna call it a her. Her hair was wet and kinda plastered to her head and she lifted her right arm where I saw three scars on her arm but they were like bubbled.

I sat up awake and to my surprise the blanket was on the floor, the TV was on and so were all the lights and all the doors leading to my grandmothers room. I don’t take chances and I had the feeling of being watched. I immediately got up and left.

As I went down to the third floor I looked up at her apartment and saw shadows under the door. The peek hole was dark but there should have been light coming thru it cause the lights were on when I left.

I headed straight to my aunts house and told my grandmom what happened. She then told me that things of that nature always happen to her to the point she just pays it no mind. My grandpa told me that there are times he feels something tugging at him from under the bed. That was the last time I ever went there.

Well my grandmom passed in 2004 and this happened in 1998. I just wanted to share that experience with you guys. Funny things happened to me but just for the record this was the first time I was so scared, but I had a lot of weird things happen around me or to me.
