Ghost Woman Running With No Feet

July 17, 2008

I was about 9 or 10 years old when this happened.

I was laying in the same bed as my mum, because I’d been scared of the dark and always having nightmares. I could never get to sleep, and always had to have a bright lamp on in any room, even if it was daytime.

It was the middle of the night, about 11 or 12 o’clock, but I wasn’t sleepy at all. I felt like someone or something was watching me. I went to the toilet, and closed the door. As soon as the door was shut, I heard soft footsteps padding around outside. I thought it was my mum at first, but then I remembered that my mum had been in a deep sleep when I left her.

I opened the door a little, peering around the corner and said, ‘Mum?’ I can still remember what I saw vividly. A woman with a white face, piercing cold black/grey eyes, thin red lips, glossy black hair tied up with what looked like a chopstick, pacing back and forth across the landing in a dark red kimono.

She didn’t notice me, or look at me, but I still felt petrified. The woman - Chinese or Japanese, I think - had no feet. She had ankles, as pale white as her face, but then nothing else.

The woman then turned around and ran down the staircase, as if somebody was chasing her. I waited for a while, in case she came up again, but she didn’t. I opened the door, turned on the hall light and looked down the staircase. It freaked me out even more, because I saw her chopstick laying at the bottom.

I screamed and woke up my mum, then told her everything. I don’t think she believed me - She was tired. When I showed her the chopstick, she turned white as a sheet; ‘Your auntie had a chopstick just like that. She was Chinese, and died when she was very young, only sixteen.’

When I asked her how she died, Mum started to cry, and would only said, ‘She got shot, and hurt badly.’ She didn’t want to tell me who shot her sister, or how badly she was hurt, but I always wonder what really happened.

This story is 100% true.

Wow!! that must have been horrible, i’ve never seen anything but I have been touched. I think seeing must be worse though.
Can’t you ask more about it and tell your mum it has really affected you enough to want to know more??? bet she will tell you if she knew it had such an impact to even share your story on here.
    Hope you’re ok!! xx

wow that’s creepy.. def gave me goosebumps.. but i’m confused.. if your auntie was chinese wouldn’t that make you part chinese as well as your mom? like why did she have to say she was chinese if it was already in your family? Also was the chopstick tangible? Did you guys pick it up and what did you do with it?. I would have gotten rid of it!! haha

Ok,its very strange.i dont actualy believe in ghosts, but if u really found that chopstick, and it was touchable, then i guess ghosts exists.

P.S. I see strange people and faces then in dark or then i close my eyes.what it means?

Hi Joe, in your comment above about her being Chinese, well it could have been the uncle that was their proper blood relative and he could have married a Chinese woman.

The reason she had no feet could be due to the way she died, or perhaps what she was wearing during her death. Dark-Slippers perhaps? Or perhaps she was shot in the feet and both feet were blown-off at the ankles, or perhaps they were chopped off to prevent her from escaping, another reason could be that while she was running to get away she fell and broke both her feet… What you saw was the Energy of your aunt when she died, it left an imprint on that place. Energy like that can manifest in many ways. I know quite a lot about Why or How ghosts haunt… i’m not an expert, but i know more than a lot of people. I also have ESP. And i see the future sometimes in my dreams. The 3rd-Eye Chakra is usually more open when youre asleep and dreaming…

    Hi

I do not understand. If your aunt was a chinese, why is she wearing a Kimono? Chinese does not wear kimono, japanese does. Anyway, take care

    JACKIE:

In one of the last paragraphs it says it was her mum’s sister. So that would make her mom at least partly chinese… unless she was adopted or was a step sister.

“When I asked her how she died, Mum started to cry, and would only said, ‘She got shot, and hurt badly.’ She didn’t want to tell me who shot her sister, or how badly she was hurt, but I always wonder what really happened.”
