This is classic spirit manifestation. There are many stories of appearances of a little girl appearing in a white dress. Most people take this appearance to be from a disembodied spirit of a young girl who was probably murdered in the house. maybe you can try a get her to tell her name or what it starts with.have her give you clues.maybe its close to a cliff near where you live.or find out at a library were you can find articels and see if anyone died there.what kind of help does she want?and go from there.write down everything and go from there.its like a jigsaw puzzle put the pieces together.try that.

Ive been seeing a girl in a white dress covered in blood since i was about 8 it still scares me. i dont know her name but she knows mine and i know she was pushed off a cliff near water and a light house, i see her in my dreams only when she needs to show me something but other then that i see her as clear as i see anyone else.
she makes me feel really weak and sick.
I really want to help her but i dont know who she is or where she was killed or how i could help her.
I keep looking for information but without a name I get nowhere.
like you to this day my parents still think im crazy but its been 11 years and i still see her and she still asks me for help.

Hmmmm have you considered looking into the history of your house? had you lost any family members resembling her? I think she used to live in the house and the remodeling brought her spirit out of hybernation….
