Are They Dreams Or Warnings?

January 19, 2008

I have written several stories to be added to the site. There were many other paranormal events that has happened in my life. I thought I would share the story of a dream I have had.

I was married the first time in 1970. My husband then had left to go on a business trip out of town with several other co-workers. He was to return home on April the 9 1970.

It was on my birthday when the phone rang one night, it was him singing happy birthday to me on the phone. After we had small talk for a while, I said, we better get off this phone we wont be able to pay for the calls. His reply back was, don’t worry about it, you will have plenty of money cause I will never make it back home.

I tried to change the subject, he was always saying things out of the normal, he had made me uneasy. We got off the phone.

I went to bed that night about 11:00 just as the news had come on. I wasn’t one to watch the news so I went on to bed.

I had a dream that he was killed. It was so real. I smelled the flowers around, saw people there, it was a very detailed dream. I awoke to what I thought was the alarm clock.

After I got more alert I realized it was the door bell. I looked at the clock, it was 1:00 am. I knew there was a problem.

When I opened the door it was some friends of the family. When I saw the look on their faces I knew then he was gone. He had left for home that night after we talked and never made it just as he knew he wouldn’t .

That’s so sad, I’m sorry. Sometimes, when two people are in love enough, they have rare glimpse of each other’s fates and know what’s going to happen to the other. I’m so sorry for your loss. Keep holding on and keep strong, that way you’ll meet him in heaven. Good luck, and keep an eye out for him.
He just might show up agian. ;)
