I’ve heard many stories about deer woman. One friend in kenwood, (an all cherokee town in a beautiful part of oklahoma, kind of isolated by itself), told me of a get together with some friends where they witnessed deer woman take someone they knew who was never seen again, but they found her tracks. It’s kind of a long story for a comment board. And on the “he might have been drunk enough to be out of body thing”, I don’t know. He was drunk, but I’ve seen many like that who don’t go out of body, and we were friends while at college, but not friends friends, if you know what I mean. I’ve never seen or heard of him since. The reason we weren’t scared at the time is because we thought it was him; and a little later at the river party spot we didn’t entirely buy it that he didn’t somehow get back real fast in front of us. Later as we spoke to others we trusted did we realize it wasn’t him. And it was spooky after the fact.

I think he was so drunk that he had an out of body experience where he was probably like where the heck are my friends(all while just sitting near the fire being wasted) and his ousl moseyed on over to you guys saying where are you.

I’ve wondered since where he would have led us or what would have happened to us. That was at “Bacone” in Muskogee, if any of you know where that is. Most of the students there believed in deer woman, ( which is very similar in M.O. to this). It all seemed so normal other than the fact that it was still early enough to leave by the front door. He or it was him by all appearances. It even had on the same cloths and apparently had the same memories as him because it knew all about the party and the location and our names, everything.

That does sound totally weird, my friend lives in Ada, Oklahoma with her parents, brother, and sister-in-law. And all of them have seen what looks like her brother and have had conversations with it. But he hasn’t encountered the being himself.
