I love how just about everyone knows exactly what it was without actually experiencing it for themselves first hand. Sarah the truth is anything put here is conjecture and theory at best. All you can take from the comments here, including mine, is what seems similar and try to make your own judgment. None of us know what you went through exactly, because every “haunting” is different, the real ones, the perceived ones, the one’s triggered by mental illness, none of them are exactly alike. I myself have experienced encounters with a tall headless man that suddenly appears and vanishes right before something bad happens in my life. This could be a ghost that has attached itself to me, a demon of ill omen, a djinn, or any other myriad of supernatural, extraterrestrial, or ultra-terrestrial entities. Hell what you experienced could very well have been angry faeries, or a race of hyper intelligent pan dimensional mischief makers. The important part is that it has stopped.

My conclusion is that people who speak in definitives tend to be fixated on their own concept of reality and seek to convert others into this way of seeing things. Take Evangelical Christianity for example. And I am not saying that all of them are wrong, but with all of them “knowing for certain” what it was, some one has to be right, and everyone else is wrong. Make sense?

well ,,, it is easy , this haus had jinn or demon or human demon or kind of demonic shadow befor you moved in,most of pepole writing here dont have any idea about what they are talking about , no ever any human see jinn face to face and deal with him or talked to him, human have just theories, human is silly and week and anxsiouse , i could help to explane any thing you like i can even help to get red of any bad or even unwanted entity

one way to get rid of spirit is throwing salt at them. It happen to me, though i didnt sing at night or watever. I just heard door cracking, footstep ect. I;m not really scared of ghost spirits or anything because they are always with you, you just don know that, unless you have great spiritual power. thats what i believe. -crazy-

i don’t know what’s going on can someone pleas tell me whats foll lowing me or whats going on to me?about 2 years ago i barely moved to my house and about three months later when i was sleeping i would hear deep breathing noises through my ear and sometimes i would hear something saying my name.but now i’m seeing red glowing eyes it would just stand there for a few seconds and sometimes i would see things at school or at home i don’t know whats going on can someone pleas tell me

i read your post and i can`t say it is real or not! over the internet i see thousands or tens of thousand people who say they had a paranormal activity… what can i say, i myself never had such an experience and i never heard someone close to me or surrounding me to ever have such an experience! that`s way i can`t say this kind of things are real or not!
What seemed ridiculous in your post was the singing part! i`m sorry but that made me laugh! i myself tried some so called urban legends or myths and nothing worked: no ghost, no demon, no nothing! perhaps i am to “closed-minded” about this things but for me nothing worked and until someone can prove me wrong i can`t believe in such things to be true.
I want to apologize for my english, my grammar of course, because i`m not american or english! Hope you forgive my mistakes in writting!

hey, demon’s are usually brought on by forms of summoning…most well known is the quija board. They usually hold forms of half human half animal, as well as having ‘no eyes’ or hands. They are usually drawn or strengthened by negative energies. Best I may recommend is keeping positive mind set and embracing positive emotions

if you are happy, it keeps them away.

I’ve heard of spirits doing these kinds of things, but it’s not very common. Perhaps a spirit was strongly connected to the place you lived before they died. But I doubt it, there is no real evidence that demons exist. I think it was good that you moved else where, because whatever was haunting you probably wanted to be left alone so it could rest in peace. Hope ur okay.

that sounded really creepy and i’m sorry you experienced something so traumatizing! it’s actually almost like an old chinese wives tale. Back when I was younger, my grandmother used to scare me with stories about foxes, whom the chinese believe to be evil spirits, and hantus, which is a malay word for evil ghost.
One story says we shouldn’t whistle at night since that attracts evil spirits to us.
Guess that might be where your friend got her story from.

Honey,, i dont know who told you that info. about singing,, but its not true……. i think, like others here, that something was already there….you sure have been through a lot… if you read any of my posts or comment to others, you will see that i, myself have had a very interesting life, as it continues!!!!!

what has helped me is,, coming here to this website, and actually posting.. getting it out, telling someone, and i have had much support.. you have shown a lot of guts to share your story with us….. you are a lot stronger than you know!!!!

this world is full of many strange things, and we all want answers…. all i can do for you is to give you a huge hug,, and tell you to keep your faith strong….. evil entities will try to take advantage of us.. we have to fight back, and its hard!!!

wow scary…. hope your aunts ok… now i started believing in ghost stories… but all the people who have a similar storie with a deamon in your house, tell your family and your fiends, they will help protecting you. one finger easily breaks, but one hand doesnt. this is a sereous thing. dont ignore it. do something.

wow scary but i do doubt that singing at night calls demons because beyonce and britney well then beyonce and britney lip syncs. lol. but i do think you should warn your aunt though because what will happen the the baby is born. the little girl could attack it or since she’ll be little and easy to get they just could get her to turn evil so please tell them so you won’t feel guilty no matter if they think your crazy or not at least you tried.

thats really strange, because i moved to a new house about a year ago. I sing alot, and i started singing at night because it relaxes me, and ever since then, i have felt things touching me, rubbing my skin. and i see shadows moving quickly across the walls.
i feel like people are watching me. But they dont feel evil, they feel like my friends.
i never told anybody about this because i dont want them to think im crazy. which i probably am.

oh well. its better now right?

I can tell you now that singing at night does NOT attract demons. I sing all the time, even at night, but I’ve never had any kind of supernatural experience. I’m guessing there were probably demons already there, and that the possibility that singing at night could attract them probably gave you a more open mind, so they could get in and contact you. You should really tell your cousin what happened even if it will scare them, because if you felt better when you left the house, the demons are probably still there! It’s dangerous and they really need to get out!… Or ask for protection from the demon and/or get it cast it out.

You seem like such a sweet person. This is not your fault. The singing is not what attracted the spirits. Maybe since your friend put that in your head you became more open minded at that moment, allowing yourself to see what was already there. I understand completely the depression that an energy other than our own can create and then feeling better when you are away from the house. I am thankful knowing you are doing better. I have a way of feeling a person’s soul (I don’t know how) and you are too good of a person to let something cause you to harm yourself or be so angry. If this ever happens to you again, take a deep breath, close your eyes and focus on YOUR TRUE feelings. You will eventually learn to tell someone else’s energy from your own. It’s hard and I don’t really have an instruction manual on that, but just focus on what you know are your feelings and what you know are not. Then don’t give in to what’s not yours. Stay strong and good luck!
