I’m a ordinary teen from a little town in Illinois. But I’m cursed with a special sixth sense. I can see and hear things nobody else does. And that sucks because I live in a haunted house.
Before we moved in, it was my grandma’s house.With my dad in and out of jail, we would move here and stay for about a month. That’s when I noticed my gift. Back then I was only ten, but I was already very interested in the paranormal. One night, I stayed up all night because I couldn’t sleep. At around five-thirty in the morning, I was about to shut of my TV when I heard a woman say hi. it was loud and clear.
When we moved in a year ago,things got really strange. We constantly hear footsteps in our hallway. My mom said she usually bumps into a person in the middle of the hallway, and she even had her hair pushed back. I have seen dark figures and even saw a old woman wearing a white robe rocking in a rocking chair.
I’m not the only person who has seen this woman. My grandpa and my grandma’s friend have seen this. My friend Gabby has seen this. Even my little cousin Mackenzie has seen this. I thought it was just me. but no.
The last time I’ve heard of her, it was two nights ago. It was ten-thirty at night and my brother was asleep. I felt a ice-cold hand touch my shoulder.
Even though she is scary, Verna (that’s the name of the old lady who we think died here. We are sure she is the one haunting us.) is a nice lady. She isn’t a harmful spirit.
I realize I’m not the best story writer, but this is my first real piece out of school. Thank you for listening to this story. I have many more stories to tell about me, but I’m getting tired. Bye!

Hello Cierra,
You are not the only person who can do this, lots of people can, and do. I work as a Spirit Rescuer, helping people like Verna cross into heaven, where she is supposed to be. You can help her too.
You have with you your own personal guardian angel. She stands behind your right shoulder. She belongs to the group called Michael, who are the soldiers of God. You can ask her to FIND and TAKE Verna into ‘healing’. Literally like that. “Archangel Michael, please FIND Verna and TAKE her into healing.” That’s what she will do.
And then if you come over into the Paranormal Questions and Answers section of Caretaker’s site here you’ll see there are lots of people discussing the subject of ghosts, and many other things. And you’ll find me there.
