It was another hot, humid, July summer night in 1993. I was driving home from a church meeting. I was almost home, all I had to do was wait for the traffic light to change which was my usual routine. But, for some strange reason, on that night, I didn’t want to wait so I cut through our neighborhood tennis court’s parking lot in order to get back to the main road.
So, as I was driving through the parking lot slower than intended because of the speed bumps, I see this person up ahead of me. My first reaction is: Why on earth is that lady wearing a high neck, long sleeved dress on an unbearable hot summer’s night? Why is she dressed all in white? Wait a second, she has no face?! And, she wasn’t even walking, she was more like floating or gliding toward me, like a bride on her wedding day.
She had a “Gibson Girl” period hair-style and her dress also matched that era when I later looked up that period style dress on-line (years later when the internet was available…) and she glowed in all white, almost fluorescent light (but, a white fluorescent that is hard to describe and cannot be matched to anything I’ve seen thereafter).
I also tried to do searches on “Brown’s Chapel” which was the only historical church next to the parking lot with a small cemetery. Everything happened in a matter of seconds but felt like slow motion. To this day, I absolutely refuse to cut through that parking lot. On any given night, I will gladly wait at the same traffic light when visiting my family.

Wow. Nice details. I believe almost anything I hear and I don’t believe your story. If it was real you could actually provide a little more detail don’t you think.

Your story is a bit confusing. I can’t figure out what you were trying to tell us. You sayed you looked it up but sayed nothing of what you found and where she ended up after floting towards you.
I do believe you But i think you where a bit to exited to tell your story that you mixed everything so bad.
Maybe if you just take a deep breath think off what happened that night and then tell it again. Maybe it wil come out more convincing. And please do tell what you found out about her
